Susan Stelter is the Co-Founder and former Chief People Officer at West Monroe, a digital consulting firm in Chicago. Under her leadership, the firm grew from a 4-person startup to over 2,000 associates. She will share how operationalizing West Monroe‘s purpose (to build the next generation of leaders) enabled double digit growth, exceptional retention, and culture that supports a highly successful and sustainable business. Susan has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and professional services leader.
